Picture Package

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions of business. The following conditions apply to all contracts for the supply and sale of services and materials by Memories Reborn Photo Restoration & Retouching Services forthwith known as Memories.

Copyright

By placing an order, the customer expresses his right to reproduce the supplied image under copyright law. All photographs and negatives provided for restoration, printing or archiving are accepted on the strict understanding that the provider owns copyright or permission has been obtained from the owner in writing.
The customer is absolutely liable for any resulting violation of copyright action taken by any third party.

Estimates

Estimates are valid for a period of one calendar month from the estimate date.

Orders

Memories will review the choice of services (Basic, Standard or Advanced), if Memories view differs from that ordered, Memories will advise of any difference in cost and await customer instructions.
All orders must be accompanied by enough information for Memories to process the order. Any changes must be agreed in writing or by email. The customer must ensure that all communications regarding orders should specify enough information for the order to be traced.

Delivery

Memories will do its best to ensure that orders are completed within the time quoted and will not accept any liability for late delivery of orders. The customer has the right to cancel an order that is delayed by more than 14 days from the quoted completion date.

Despatch

Goods are sent at the customer's risk.

Minimum Order Charge

There is a minimum order charge or £1.00 - not including any additional charges e.g. Postal Charges, etc,

Liability

Memories will not accept liability above the cost of the customer's original material and if this has an inherent value beyond that of material itself then Memories recommends that the customer takes out all risk insurance to cover the replacement value.

Colours

Exact colour matching is not guaranteed due to the limitations of photographic and computer materials and processes where tonal variations can occur.

Prices

Memories reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice. Surcharges will be made for urgent work turnaround and out with normal hours of business.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of submission unless other terms have been agreed upon. Memories reserves the right to add 5% per month to overdue accounts.
